Hotel Hegsagone Marine Asia Review. I do not recommend this hotel for family holiday, because it is remote and not close to any attractive place. We have selected this hotel because it was just16 km away from Yalova our target resort. All other hotels in Yalova were busy at the time of booking. But this 16 Km distance appeared in Booked.net web page is misleading, and this is something admitted by hotel reception. For information, traveling by car from Yalova to Hegsagon hotel is far more than 16 Km, and the best way to travel between Yalova and Hegsagon hotel is by ferry boat which is tedious and exhausting trip with family simply because it is not direct trip.

The garden where you can have your dinner is small but nice. The swimming pool is ok. The luxury rooms are spacious. Airco worked properly. Good beds, good bathroom. Free Wifi in the room.

Service for dinner is very slow. Also at the swimming pool I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my order served. Because my business was finished earlier than expected I wanted to check out one day earlier. I notified the staff at 16:00 hr. Despite I did not get any price reduction and had to pay a full day extra. They said it had to be notified before 15:00 hr... Bad service.

This is a business hotel, if you understand what I mean. This means that it is not so comfortable for you like for your company. For example - there is expensive bath equipment in rooms, but no soap tray. So, every time I had to put shampoo bottles on the floor or open door to put the soap on the table.So, everything is very pompous, but not cosy. Also dirty plate left on the table, I expected it was washed. And a little bit rude manager on reception.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel right on the seaside was absolutely stunning. Although close to the sea, there is no beach. The surroundings are boring. Its a typical business hotel. Only evening entertainment is the hotel bar or the TV set.

The New building ( where there are the best rooms anyhow) I separate from the entrance. The service at the restaurant was poor and not well organized.
